Self awareness is key to so many of the programmes we run here at Challenge.  The ability to run psychometric tools with individuals and teams means we can help them to more fully understand their communication styles and preferences and how to really engage and use their strengths to best effect.  

Delegates can log in via an online portal, complete some questions and the tool then generates a detailed report based on their responses.  The tool takes around 10 to 15 minutes to complete with spookily accurate results.  We offer one to one feedback or team events around DISC to understand the tool.

DISC stands for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance and we all have different levels of each which helps form our preferences, and subsequently our ways of communicating and responding to situations.   

The profile, when used in teams, enables us to create a team map to see where there are clusters of similar behaviours or “missing” elements to really help harness the power of the combined strengths in the team.
