- Training Needs & Background
We will establish what has led you to make an enquiry to a training provider, and use our expertise to help chart a path to bring about a solution. We will consider the culture of the organisation, your systems and processes and how these impact upon the training need at hand. Once we believe we have sufficient information we will create for you a fully detailed and costed proposal.
- Proposal – completely free of charge and with no obligation
Our proposals are extremely detailed, so you know precisely what you are getting. They contain sections such as Background; Our understanding; Our Approach; Proposed Content; Delivery Style etc. It also contains a “What we would need from you” section. This is a list of documentation such as policies and internal documentation we would need to ensure that the training packs are directly relevant to your business, and that the skills are immediately transferable into the workplace.
- Costs – no hidden extras
We quote a day rate which includes design for most of our bespoke training. This means you can budget with confidence in the knowledge that there won’t be any unwelcome surprises.
Where and when we deliver – face to face or online “live” training.
Our priority is ensuring that the training meets the business needs. We deliver at a a time and a place to suit you, either face to face through out the UK and Southern Ireland, or online using interactive “live training”. A tutor is present at all times if we are training online and we will use a variety of techniques to ensure that (whatever the medium), the training is participative and interactive.
Style of delivery
We have a flair for developing programmes which encourage participation and interaction at every stage, with quizzes, group working and fun activities (with a clear focus towards the objectives) being built into the training sessions. Whether online or face to face you can be sure the training will be interactive and engaging whilst being directly relevant to the learning objectives.
Each project is different, however as a guide, each training day costs around £1100 + VAT for up to 12 delegates – that’s just £91 + VAT per day. This is fully inclusive of research, design, supply and printing of training packs, support materials, delivery on the chosen day and follow-up.
Additional Costs – Travel and accommodation/subsistence for face to face training outside of the East Midlands. It even includes travel within the East Midlands. For delivery outside of the East Midlands travel/accommodation/subsistence as required is charged extra and clearly indicated on our no obligation quotation.
