We know that managing others, or leading an organisation can be highly rewarding.  It can also be frustrating, testing and sometimes it’s hard to know where to turn.  Our coaches are skilled at knowing when to challenge, when to support and when to simply listen.  We can also act as a sounding board and “critical friend”, and being outside of the situation means we can see things objectively.   Confidentiality is of course assured.

Our approach to coaching differs from others in that we will offer a completely free of charge initial meeting since we believe that each person’s coaching requirements are unique and a one size fits all approach is rarely effective.   The right coach, at the right time is critical and we will take time to match you with a coach who will offer the range of experience and background needed to make maximum progress, and best fit in terms of personality since we know that coaching and mentoring is most powerful when there are high levels of trust.

As a matter of course our coaches will follow up after each session with a coachee to help overcome any blockers to progress.  Action Points are emailed after each session (confidentiality assured),  can be taped for later reference and to ensure that agreed actions are captured.

We are so confident in our ability to help you maximise your potential that we offer a “pay as you go” arrangement with no tie in or obligation for future sessions.

One to one training – on-line, telephone or face to face

There are occasions where a training course is not appropriate and a totally tailored approach is needed. Here at Challenge we pride ourselves on helping others to identify gaps in their skills sets or where where a change in their own knowledge or behaviours could pay dividends.

Whether the individual has a prescribed need to upskill in a particular area and little time to achieve their goals (say to prepare for a job interview or for a specific presentation), or just a general overview of their barriers to progression, we offer powerful solutions to get results.

We can offer support also where your internal capability isn’t sufficient to help a staff member on an individual learning or improvement plan.

Our extensive range of topics can be drawn upon to ensure every learning need is addressed in a confidential yet highly effective way.

Our coaches are all experienced in industry and therefore have an affinity with real life situations and work pressures.  They are empathetic, yet challenging and will help individuals to identify and prioritise their issues and help to devise action plans which are measurable so progress can be tracked..

Cost and approach
